About Chase Computers

Chase Computers is a small company first registered in 1989. At the time, computer hardware and accessories were exhorbitantly expensive, so Chase Computers came into existence as a means of acquiring hardware at a realistic price for both friends and clients. Today it is the support offered by most companies and individuals that is overly expensive. We are here to change this for you.

With over 30 years experience in PC and network support, maintenance and implementation we can offer you personalised service, support and advice at a family friendly price. We won the Bass Coast Peoples Choice Award 5 times.

For 17 years Gordon Chase was the sole provider of all IT and database management and support for Melway Publishing. Gordon Chase also provided Melway with their first website and electronic shop front. Chase Computers now provides ongoing support and maintenance for a number of small businesses and a large number of home and individual users.. We are also responsible for the creation and maintenance of many websites.

Chase Computers is located in Woolamai and services all surrounding districts. We will come to you and there is no cost if there is no fix*.

$25 call out

No fix - no fee!
On the first visit to "fix a problem", if it cannot be fixed there will be no charge *

For most requests a firm quotation can be provided - you will know exactly what it will cost before deciding to proceed

Labour costs are $84.00 per hour.

Still using Windows 7?

If you upgrade to hardware running Windows 11 we will discount the cost to transfer your data (docs, photos, music, etc) by 33% We will be happy to advise your options if your old Win7 software is no longer supported on Win11

Still using Windows XP?
If you require assistance at any point even including transfer of data, documents, photos, music, emails, etc. to your new or upgraded hardware we guarantee a minimum 50% discount

New PC, Laptop, more memory, faster hard disk, etc.
Hardware can be provided at costs comparable with those available closer to Melbourne

* "no fix - no fee, & no charge" excludes the $25 call out. Depending on the destination there may be a small additional fee to cover travel expenses, but only if agreed on before departure.

Quotation for website creation will be provided on request. We can create your responsive website from as little as $250 including unlimited email accounts, domain name registration and the first years hosting. On-going cost can be as little as $50pa.

Chase Computers can find you a host, register your domain name, setup, create, or assist you in managing your website. You can have your own email accounts at your own domain name.

You need never change your email address again (total independence from your internet service provider).

A website and domain name is not expensive. $75pa can cover your hosting and domain name costs. Such a setup would give you effectively unlimited email accounts, and you could change your website as often or as seldom as you like.

A standard website of 3-4 pages (home/about/contact/etc) will cost as little as $250, but if you have something special in mind we would be pleased to provide a written quotation.
